You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the ordered goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us.
The refund will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Loss of Value Due to Use
Please note:
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. A full refund is only possible if the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
